Thank you for shopping with Dougherty Engraving Services. Because many of our products are individually customized, production time and shipping time are separate.
Order Processing
Custom and personalized products are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, availability of materials, customer approval of artwork, and current order volume.
Estimated production or completion times may be provided on individual product listings or communicated directly to the customer.
Shipping time begins after the product has been completed, not when the order is originally placed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.
Certain large, heavy, oversized, or specialty products may have a specific flat-rate shipping charge shown at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier depending on the size, weight, destination, and type of product.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Times
Carrier delivery estimates are provided as estimates only. Dougherty Engraving Services cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a shipment appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
For damaged shipments, please keep all packaging materials and provide photographs of the package and product so that we can assist with a carrier claim.
Custom and Oversized Products
Some custom products may require additional packaging, handling, insurance, or shipping charges due to their size, weight, value, or construction. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is completed.
